Refunds & Exchanges
Human Hair Extensions are considered to be hygienic products so the law prohibits the return of human hair products that have been used and that includes “trying them on” so please check your products on arrival to confirm the quality, texture, and color before you use them. Used hair extensions cannot be returned for refund or exchange.
If you wish to return or exchange your product, please e-mail us at email@example.com along with a brief description of the reason for exchange or refund so that we can get back to you on the refund or exchange process. Please do not send the products back until you receive the return authorization from SalonLabs. Refund or exchange requests must be received within five business days from date of delivery to be considered. Any such requests received after five days will no longer be considered. There will be no exceptions
Some items are eligible for refund minus any restocking fee (Upto 20% may apply) if returned to the store within 7 business days from the date of purchase. NOTE: Items like colors other than Natural Black, Application types other than Machine Weft, and any other custom orders are not eligible for return/ refund or exchange. Please speak to store representative for any questions or concerns at the time of purchase.
To process the refund, all the items must be returned to the store where you purchased in original condition exactly in the way it was received along with the original receipts. We can provide refunds only on unopened items (Have not been opened or worn).
Refunds will be provided to the original method of payment only after we inspect and confirm to make sure that the items are not opened or used. Credit cards refunds may take upto 5 business days to reflect the amount on the account.
